Sonth Powder

Description

Sahibaa Sonth Powder is made from fresh handpicked ginger. In this fresh rhizomes are soaked in water overnight after the outer is peeled off. Then they washed again and then this ginger underwent sun drying for a week. During this week this ginger direction of ginger is changed periodically. After this end result we get dried pale white ginger, this ginger is used to make the sonth powder.
